Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement
By scheduling services with Canadian Fitness Repair, you agree to:
- Provide accurate equipment information
- Grant safe access to equipment location
- Disclose any known safety hazards
- Make payment according to quoted terms
2. Payment Terms
- Payment due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed
- Commercial accounts: Net 30 terms available with credit approval
- Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest
- Returned checks: $50 fee plus bank charges
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations
- Same-day cancellations: 50% service fee applies
- No-shows: Full quoted service fee charged
- Rescheduling: Free with 24-hour notice
4. Warranty & Liability
- Parts warranty: 90 days unless otherwise specified
- Labor warranty: 30 days on all repairs
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or unrelated failures
- Maximum liability limited to service fee paid
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Attempt repairs during service visits
- Use repaired equipment against manufacturer guidelines
- Resell our services without authorization
- Reverse engineer our repair processes
6. Governing Law
- These terms governed by Ontario laws
- Disputes resolved in Hamilton, ON courts
- We comply with Ontario Consumer Protection Act
- Class action waivers apply
7. Modifications
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
